STATICDRAIN was formed in the summer of 2018 by Andy Miller.

My background is engineering but have spent my most recent years in the Leisure industry working on some of the largest Caravan Parks in the UK.
​
Over the years I have had the responsibility of administering and planning the annual drain down for each park I worked at.
​
The long standing process of drain down within the industry has not changed over the years, until now!
​
Having experienced many harsh winters where untold damage has been caused by freezing to caravans and lodges I started to look at what alternatives were available that could make the headache of the existing drain down process a thing of the past.
​
After a lot of research I entered in to a partnership with APT Innovations to Stock, Supply and Install the Floë 868 Induratec Integrated drain down system through my company STATICDRAIN.
The Floe 868 is a unit which is installed in your Caravan or Lodge and is simple to use.
​
It allows you to drain down each time you leave your caravan or lodge by simply turning of your outside water stop tap. Turning on the unit and opening each tap to blow the water out of the system. This whole process takes about 4 minutes.

Where it is greatly beneficial is on 11-12 month parks where your caravan or lodge may be used over the harshest months of the year.
